Refund Policy

If you purchase a one-time program (e.g., Discovery Session or Transformation Program), you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided no session has taken place yet and digital materials have not been accessed or delivered.

Sessions already delivered and digital materials already accessed are non-refundable. For packages with multiple sessions, any sessions not yet delivered may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within the 7-day window.

You may cancel a Monthly Partnership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No future payments will be billed after your plan is cancelled, and access to services will continue until the end of the billed period. Refunds are not provided for unused time in a billing cycle.

Missed sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible—I will do my best to accommodate your request.

If you are charged more than once in error, or have been billed accidentally, please contact me immediately via the Contact page or email. Eligible refunds for duplicate payments will be processed promptly.

To request a refund, please email Patti@Katchka.online with your name, event, and transaction details. I will review requests and respond within 2 business days.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunded amounts typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized or processed in error, please contact me before initiating a chargeback. I am committed to resolving issues efficiently and fairly.
